How do I register an online account?

If you are an existing customer you may use the “My Account” link on the top of this page to register an online account. If you do not know your Soffe customer account number, please contact customer service. If you would like to become a new Soffe customer, please contact the sales representative that is closest to your billing address, or contact customer service.

How do I update my account information such as name or password?

Click on “My Account” at the top of the page and click on “Account Info” to change your name or password. Please contact Soffe customer service to update other information such as ship-to addresses.

I forgot my password

From the login screen click on “Forgot Your Password?”. Enter your user ID on the next screen and a new password will be emailed to you.

How do I find the style number?

When viewing a category of many styles, the style number is listed beneath the garment's picture. When viewing a specific style, the style number is listed at the top of the page next to the garment's name. Style numbers are also listed in the printed catalog.

What are the differences in girls & junior sizes?

Girls refers to youth, sizes 4-16. Junior sizes are designed for young women & follow more modern trends.

An item I previously ordered is not on the web site.

How do I change or cancel my order before it ships?

What shipping options are available to choose from?

UPS is the primary carrier for Soffe, but we can also ship FedEx. We offer ground, 3-day, second day air, and next day shipping options.

How will I know when my order ships?

You can check on the status of your order at any time with the Order History page. You can access Order History by logging into your account and clicking the My Account link.

How do I request a return or a credit?

Please contact Soffe customer service.

I have many ship-to addresses and am having difficulty finding the one I need to select. Is there an easier to way to sort through ship-to addresses?

Use the “Find” dialog in your web browser to find text within a web page, or more specifically, to find a ZIP code or city name within your list of ship-to addresses. Typically, on Windows you can open the Find dialog by pressing the CTRL and F keys simultaneously (CTRL+F) and on Mac OS X by pressing the Command and F keys simultaneously.
